Barnaby Kelly
I am a 24 year old PhD student focused on the molecular landscape of cisplatin resistance in paediatric osteosarcoma. My research utilises whole genome CRISPR KO technology to determine gene dependencies in osteosarcoma cells related to platinum resistance. My research hopes to de-escalate clinical doses of cisplatin by incorporating other agents that work to sensitise cells to platinums cytotoxic effect.
